ElevateAnalytics ("we", "us") provides a performance marketing analytics platform. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have.

2. Data we collect

• Account information: name, email, password hash.
• Connected platform data: ad spend, conversions, and campaign metadata you authorize us to read from Google Ads, Meta, GA4, and similar sources.
• Usage data: pages viewed, features used, device and browser information.

3. How we use data

To provide the service, generate reports, send alerts, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.

4. Sharing

We share data with sub-processors strictly necessary to operate the service (hosting, email delivery, payment processing). All sub-processors are bound by data protection agreements.

5. Retention

We retain account data while your account is active. Connected platform data may be cached for up to 13 months for trend analysis.

6. Your rights

You may request access, export, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@elevateanalytics.com.
